It's good to go on all three of those. I have about 8 or 9 SQL servers being monitored through SW and they all come up with the same error (though some of them see the VSS and Browser, but none the Agent or SQL Server).
Some of them auto installed AppInsight when I did an application discovery or when I added the nodes, though several I had to manually add the AppInsight template.
